IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL PROTECTION OF MIGRANTS’ RIGHTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article proves that in Ukraine, unlike in other countries, one of the main factors, that cause the problem of adaptation and integration of migrants in the society is migration policy. It was proved that Ukraine needs a clear consistent and long-term policies, that give answers to the following questions: what migrants the country is most interested in, what rights and responsibilities they will own and how to avoid uncontrolled migration created the hidden and real threats. An important part of the implementation of modern migration policy is to implement appropriate management decisions in a particular region. In connection with this problem it is necessary to monitor the situation with the provision of official status to immigrants, their social protection, analysis of the migration services and local authorities in the area of migration at the local level.
