Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of the legal regulation of the institute of whistleblowers in Ukraine as a necessary element of the mechanism of counteraction to corruption by specially authorized agencies. The author has analyzed Ukrainian national legislation provisions which regulate the functioning of the institute of whistleblowers. The article suggests the directions of the improvement of Ukrainian whistleblowers institute legal regulation, which is a necessary element of the mechanism of counteraction to corruption by specially authorized agencies.
