IMPROVEMENT PROVISION OF PUBLIC SERVICES (PUBLIC OPINION POLL OF THE POPULATION)

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to sociological research of public services in Ukraine. In particular, the survey population (2014–2016 years) was attended by 450 people. The ways of optimization of public administration to provide public services to consumers. Quality public services – a set of characteristics of public services, determining its ability to meet the established or expected needs of the customer. Unfortunately, the system of public services in Ukraine is essential (even significant) deficiencies. First, the population does not have the necessary, accurate, and, in general, complete information on this process (procedure). Second, do not use all the possibilities for such services if needed (for example, all the possibilities of the Internet – to find the necessary information on the site to the online consultation and to resolve e-mail). Communication is the old methods, through personal contacts at the reception, at least for a telephone consultation, the Internet. Hence the large number of comments on the public stage, the time, rudeness and disrespect. Not role played by the problem of burdensome bureaucratic procedure of obtaining public services, soliciting information from citizens and other documents. In this area will significantly improve the quality of public services this kind of as electronic document – this is, above all, save time getting services, thereby avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy and solve the problem of material costs, both the average citizen and the state. Meanwhile, those respondents who during the year received public services remain dissatisfied with the quality of the process and try to solve their problems, not only legal means, but also with the assistance of additional options – from links to bribes.
