IMPROVING ENERGY EFFICIENCY CONCEPT IN FOOD PRODUCTION PROCESS

Abstract

The substantiation of the concept of automatic control and algorithm of hardware management by the processes and equipment for food production with the use of modern element base is examined. Structurally, the proposed algorithm of automation and management control unit can be carried out using 1-Wire interface, which was developed by Dallas Semiconductor Corp. Single-wire micro-network adapter consists of a microprocessor that can be programmed directly, connect it via COM or USB port to a computer and manage software. The developed algorithm of the process control and management makes it possible to meet the challenges of increasing energy efficiency of technological processes by the direct method, that is, makes the equipment work in the mode of power consumption sufficient for mechanical work, supplying heat, electromagnetic, radiation energy.
