IMPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION OF ENERGY RESOURCES OF PULP AND PAPER ENTERPRISES
Journal Title: Проблеми системного підходу в економіці - Year 2018, Vol 6, Issue 68
Abstract
The article is devoted to the improvement of the classification of energy resources of pulp and paper industry enterprises. When classifying energy resources it is necessary to take into account the actual needs of the energy management system: the formation of a single, generalized information and analytical base for substantiating energy goals and objectives, making sound management decisions on their achievement, organizing operational energy analysis and auditing with minimizing labor and financial costs. The classification of energy resources should be based on the following principles: compliance with the organizational and methodological principles of energy management, unification, relevance, information accessibility, optimal filling. The use of identification marks “economic purpose”, “technological purpose”, “subject of supply”, “sequence of use”, “observance of limits” will contribute to the formation of an information base for analysis and audit of the efficiency of energy resources use at the enterprise. Types of energy resources of pulp and paper industry enterprises and directions of their use were characterized. The grouping of energy resources for fuel, power and heat will analyze the influence of the consumption of resources of each group on the overall energy efficiency of the enterprise, estimate the growth of the cost price of finished products as a result of rising cost of natural gas and / or electric energy, to predict the efficiency of replacement of natural gas with secondary energy resources, identify the risks associated with rising costs or shortages of energy resources. The necessity of using groups is substantiated and “secondary energy resources”, which includes energy products received as concomitant or by-products of the main production that can replace primary energy resources in the case of economic or technological needs.
