Abstract
Research Methodology. By means of comparative analysis and deductive method are analyzed and discussed various concepts relative concept offshore, shadow activity Shadow Economy. Analyzed and investigated to affect offshore areas in tranzetyvnu economy dynamics and sequence of study components of the problem as foreign as domestic scientists. Results. Analyzed and reviewed various concepts relative concept offshore shadow economy. The analyzed studies on this issue as foreign as domestic scientists proved that the creation of a new effective model of the modern economy in the context of integration into the European community requires new approaches to attract foreign investment. Securing the economy from its criminalization, the impact of shadow, the elimination of the causes of conditions for the promotion of terrorism. The financial basis of existence separatystkyh movements and terrorist organizations is the shadow economy mechanism and its progress can be offshore. Accordingly, there is a need to study the issue. Novelty. Lies in the reasoned positions on the statement that the shadow economy – this economy is related to the ratio between people in the production, distribution, exchange and consumption-based social opposition to the main macro-management mechanisms and their existence outside of management control and accounting, with income tax evasion through offshore The practical significance. Based on advanced research methodology stverdzhuyutsya that in a transitive economy, transition to EU standards important to choose the correct model of economic development, which on the one hand created the conditions for economic growth and the other did not constitute a threat to the economies of the European countries due to nothing subject to sanctions under the fatwa and the EU. To do this, in our opinion coordinate on the introduction of offshore areas in Ukraine with the relevant committees of the FATF and the EU.
