Improving the Efficiency of the Main Parameters of Labour Potential of Construction Enterprises (for Example «Dialog» Ltd.)

Abstract
In the article the questions of formation and development of labor potential have been considered, the concept of «the parameters of the labor potential of the enterprise» has been specified, systematization of quantitative and qualitative parameters of the construction companies has been found out, the methods of increasing the efficiency of the basic parameters of development of labor potential of construction enterprises have been substantiated. Economic efficiency of the implementation of the proposed project on the example of a construction company LTD «Dialogue» has been analyzed.
