Improving the personnel component of the organizational-economic controlling mechanism development of hotel industry enterprises

Abstract
There are researched the questions of improving organizational and economical mechanism's development management of the hotels. On the basis of determination the real condition of the hotel's development and others lodgings of Poltava region there are proposed steps to the professional development of their personnel (staff). There are used systematic, process and situational approaches to develop the model of professional development management.
