IN RELATION TO INTERPRETATION OF SOME TERMS AND TERMS AT DECISION OF QUESTION ABOUT DETENTION OF PERSON

Abstract
In the article the questions of judicial regulation of realization of legal detention are probed by the authorized official person, it is marked on the necessity of grant of interpretation and clear determination of rights and duties of such the participant of criminal process. Accented on the origin of complications which arise up at acceptance of legal decision, and also at interpretation of terms of detention, terms “just”, “directly”, “an official person” is authorized and others like that. The necessity of making alteration is grounded to.
