In relation to problems of classification subjects of agrarian law

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the problems of classification of agrarian legal subjects. Classifications are considered on three crite-ria: form of property, order of founding and forming of charter fund, legal form. The separate problems of the marked classifications are reflect, in particular pay attention to the problem of existence of pattern of collective ownership within the limits of classification on the patterns of ownership and on complications in correlation of corporate and co-operative subjects. Research and opinions of scientists and scientists are confronted within the limits of the set subjects. It is marked about the necessity of approach of the sys-tems to the correction of defects. Introduction says about importance of agrarian production in the system of national economy, a requirement registers in cor-relation of different looks of scientists, selection of expedient legal categories for perfection and systematization of agrarian legis-lation, realization of him further reformation. Purpose of the article is research of legislation and systematization of knowledge are in relation to agrarian legal, determination and opening of basic problems of their classification subjects. Result in article says about classification subject of agrarian law on three criteria: form of property, order of founding and forming of charter fund, legal form. The set expediency of division of agricultural enterprises is on the enterprises of cooperative and corporate types of legal form. Essence of division of subjects is found out on unitary and corporate according to order of founding and forming of charter fund. At the same time the problem of classification of agrarian legal subjects is investigational after form of property, the problem of existence collective pattern of ownership and collective agricultural enterprises is distinguished. Conclusion in the article writes about a presence of problems is in interpretation and understanding of certain categories of right, it is marked about the necessity of further research of agrarian legal, their intercommunications and correlation subjects, marked that some problems have inter-branch and common law character, and that is why need more detailed and organized order of decision.
