Inclusão digital através do laboratório de fontes de informações digitais do Sistema de Bibliotecas da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande – FURG

Abstract
FURG Library System created and developed a university extension program aiming to promote the digital inclusion of the University’s external and internal community through a Laboratory of Digital Information Sources. A multidisciplinary team of librarians, teachers and scholars planned and conducted outreach events, basic introductory courses to computer technology, and training for the use of digital sources provided by the library and the Internet. As a result, there were greater user autonomy in the use of sources and the library and more interest of students in these services and products.
