“INCLUSION” CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS IN SOCIETY OF HEALTHY PEERS

Abstract

The article deals with the importance of recognizing the rights of the child with special educational needs, her interests, providing her with social and psychological assistance in education at the present stage of development of education; about the importance of inclusive education, which involves the joint stay of children and young people with disorders of psychophysical development with their healthy peers. Also: • aspects of inclusive education that are becoming increasingly widespread, supported by legislation, are based on international requirements and processes of world pedagogical practice; • features of work with children with special educational needs are presented; • highlights the main issues that accompany the life of children with disabilities, what is the mission of the New Ukrainian School; • formulated a number of requirements that provide specifics for the organization and implementation of the creation of an inclusive educational environment; • a list of documents is provided, which reflects the need to provide all children, regardless of their characteristics, equal opportunities for participation in public life and in education; • the problem of social and psychological adaptation of children with special needs to study; • it is said about the necessity of inclusive education – “inclusion” of a child with problems in the development of healthy peers in a society, in a holistic educational process; • noted that the creation of an inclusive educational environment involves the development of adapted educational programs, requires special logistical support, architectural transformation; • the results of the study of adaptation of junior pupils to an inclusive educational environment, which has specific socio-psychological difficulties, are described. • provided the basic principles of an inclusive school.
