Abstract
In this article the author investigates the peculiarities of legal regulation grounds of cassation appeal in civil procedure of Ukraine. Analyzed the state of the scientific study of the problems of understanding the categories of «incorrect application of substantive law» and «violation of procedural law». Improved the scientific understanding of the (ruling) the categories of «incorrect application of substantive law» and «violation of procedural law». Established deficiencies of legal regulation grounds of cassation appeal in civil procedure of Ukraine.
