Individual Resources of Future Health Workers Adjustment’ to their Professional Activity: Concept and Empirical Verification

Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the study of personality resources of adaptation of future health workers to their professional activity. The author has developed and grounded a conceptual model of adaptation of future health workers to their professional activity. The study has empirically determined the structure of motivational value-related, regulatory and emotive personality resources of adaptation of future health workers to their professional activity. The thesis has specified the essence and the content of psychological resources aimed to ensure effective adaptation of future health workers to their professional activity. The author has expanded the concept of the «personality resource of adaptation» and clarified the concept of «adaptation», detailed their ontological and phenomenological aspects. There has been offered a typology of personality resources of adaptation of future health workers to their professional activity and has been established their psychological content. The author has defined peculiarities and regularities in the manifestation of personality resources of adaptation of future health workers. There have been developed the ideas of personality formation and the development of an agent of activity as an open system that is capable of self-organization and self-development, where there is interaction between internal personality structures and the standards of social and professional environment. On the basis of the derived regularities and typology, the author has substantiated the opportunity of targeted support in developing personality resources of future health workers as part of their professional formation.
