INDIVIDUALLY-PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF SELF-ACTUALIZATION AS ONE OF STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF PASSIONARITY

Abstract
A concept of self-actualization is evristical formation of personality, empiric investigated and statistically measureable. For this reason we distinguish in separate of constituents of individual passionarity a requirement in self-actualization and self-realization. The model of individual passionarity must underline the key positive displays of human essence and nature, such as work, altruism, love, friendship, and to come forward as an example in the process of education and forming of personality, construction of the system of adequate mutual relations with surrounding people. The high level of passionarity is related to the expressed ability to experience this moment in all his plenitude, to see the life integrally, with possibility to independence in acts, quickly and adequately to react on vital situations, with aspiration to follow in living by own aims, persuasions, options and principles. Expressed passionarity is accompanied by the large measure of flexibility in realization of the values, in behavior, co-operating with surrounding people, acceptance of itself such, that you are, regardless of estimation of the dignities or defects. Such people are able to value the positive internalss of character, aspire knowledge about the surrounding world and creative orientation of personality to the receipt. Persons with the expressed level of individual passionarity are apt to establishment of the close emotionally-saturated contacts with people and subject-subjectical commonunication.
