INDUSTRIAL PARKS AS TOOLS FOR ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS IN THE REAL SECTOR OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The article analyzes the main aspects of the creation and operation of industrial parks in Ukraine, defines legal bases of their operation towards revitalization process of attracting investments. Investigated the institutional basis for creating the investment climate in Ukraine, taking into account the experience of other countries for industrial parks. The identified points that accompany the creation of industrial parks in Ukraine. The proposals whose implementation will improve the efficiency of industrial parks and ensure their positive impact on the development of the national economy.
