Inernational legal obligations of Ukraine in the sphere of provision of civil aviation safety: modern and prospects.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of international obligations of Ukraine regarding civil aviation security. Formal international law sources, legal nature and implementing to legal system of Ukraine of its international obligations regarding civil aviation security have been considered and analyzed.
