INFLUENCE OF CULTURE ON THE POLITICAL SYSTEM AND INSTITUTIONS FORMATION EX-EMPLIFICATIVE OF EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES

Abstract
This paper reveals the cultural importance of the political system and institutions formation exemplificative of East Asian countries and this particular issue is significant for modern interdisciplinary research. The article deals with the certain theoretical principles: systems approach, cause-effect principles and logic, cultural specificity consideration with the use of interdisciplinary concepts. The author pays attention to the culture concept in the following subjective terms: values, purposes, beliefs, orientations and views prevailing among the members of studied societies. The paper determines the cultural peculiarities of a society are expressed by the types and forms of its organization. The article analyses the political culture concept that determines the political systems and political institutions specificity ex-pressed in values, purposes and rules of conduct. East Asia exemplifies the reasons of prosperity or underdevelopment related with the cultural peculiarities
