PROCESSES OF SOVEREIGNIZATION IN THE UK

Abstract
The problem of sovereignty always creates discomfort for the ruling elite. The events of recent years in the UK as a whole in Scotland and Ireland demonstrated all palette of possible scenarios for the commonwealth countries in the United Kingdom and aspirations acquisition of political self-determination in these countries. The subject of the addi-tion is sovereignty. The theme of the addition is the ethno-political processes that take effect in today’s world require a balanced state policy to regulate ethnic areas in the state. The aim is to determine the characteristics of existing pro-cesses sovereignty of the United Kingdom. Addition methodology: used a series of interconnected research methods such us: general – research, systems analysis, comparison and synthesis, to addition the works of national and foreign authors, and historical monitoring to determine the current state of the problem. As for specific methods, first is to provide a sociological, which is the analysis of sociological research, statistical data and sociological monitoring. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time at the student addition the processes of sovereignty in the Unit-ed Kingdom on application the two countries, made a historic retrospective of ethno-political processes in Scotland and Northern Ireland how a part of the UK, the reasons for these processes and made a comparative analysis of past events years. Results of the addition can be used for further analysis process in Scotland and Northern Ireland in the future. Settlement of ethno-political conflicts and contradictions requires a comprehensive and thorough approach by the central government to avoid collapse of the UK on 4 independent country
