Since identity is potentially the basis for the mobilization of social forces, numerous studies in the field of identity largely consider it a problem master-ing the methods of influence on social groups. For example, American political scientists, with their usual tradition of pragmatism, clearly understand the practical value of regional identity. Quite often they appeal to it in order to recruit voters or supporters of their political activities, and for this, you must have sufficient knowledge of this identity. These features of perception of the needs of people based on regional identity and accounted for in domestic practice. For example, the use of political technologists in election campaigns.
