INFLUENCE OF INTANGIBLE MOTIVATION ON INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF WORK OF CIVIL SERVANTS

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of motivation and its features in relation to employees of public authorities. Inves-tigates the current state of intangible motivation of civil servants and its normative-legal provision. Actualizarea the importance of building an effective system of motivation of civil servants allocated and describes its main compo-nents.
