INFLUENCE OF INTANGIBLE MOTIVATION ON INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF WORK OF CIVIL SERVANTS

The article reveals the essence of motivation and its features in relation to employees of public authorities. Inves-tigates the current state of intangible motivation of civil servants and its normative-legal provision.
