Abstract
In this publication, the author analyzes specific aspects of the influence of folk art on the formation and development of the artistic worldview and thinking of the coryphaeus of Ukrainian literature – Lesia Ukrainka. Historical and art history aspects of the formation of the creative personality of Lesya Ukrainka are traced in the context of folk-song singing. They consider a concrete example of influence in all the diversity of the poet's work.
