INFLUENCE OF NIKOTINAMID MEDICATIONS ON THE LEVEL OF NIKOTINAMIDS IN THE BLOOD OF PATIENTS WITH NONPROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

Abstract
Effect of nicotinamide-containing drugs at the concentration of nicotinamide coenzymes in the blood of patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and in the experiment. We investigated the effect of nicotinamide containing drugs (cytoflavin and catachrom) the concentration of nicotinamide coenzymes in the blood of patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and in the experiment. Proved that after a course of preparations containing nicotinamide (cytoflavin, catachrom) in medical therapy in the study group patients and in animals significantly increased levels of oxidized and reduced forms of NAD NADPH NADPH, reduced concentration of reduced NADH.
