INFLUENCE OF NUTRITION ON THE HEALTH OF STUDENT YOUTH

Abstract
The article raises the problem of the impact of nutrition on the health of young people. The special attention is paid to the necessity of weel-balanced and healthy nutrition as the main physiological factor of the young person’s health strengthening. A sociological poll has been conducted among the students covering the main rational nutrition ihdicators.
