INFLUENCE OF REFORM OF 1932 ON DEVELOPMENT OF ARTISTIC FORMATION OF SOUTH OF UKRAINE

Abstract

In the 1930th in Ukraine ideologizing art of the totalitarian Stalinist regime, even more intensified. Artificial institutional restructuring and replacement of their personnel occurred at all of the art schools of Russia and Ukraine. Country’s leadership liquidates Kharkiv and Odessa Universities, turning them into a technical school and College. Reorganization and abolition were subjected to the best places for art and industrial direction of Ukraine and applied Sciences and that the latter suffered its first and most severe repression. Analysis of the available materials eloquently testified that the government took all measure in order to shrink the size and scope of the work of southern Russian school in every way and strongly reduce its possibilities. Education reform in 1934 in Ukraine was made to achieve total control of artistic and educational process. Standardized all training plans, production training becomes an integral link in the system art education, the curriculum is as close to classic methods St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, along with this were rejected discipline and courses based on the latest scientific achievements. This led to the fact that the Odessa Art College for many years produced specialists whose level of training in theoretical and technical knowledge did not meet the requirements of modernity.
