INFLUENCE OF THE CORRUPTION LEVEL DYNAMICS ON THE DYNAMICS OF ECONOMIC GROWTH: GENERAL TRENDS AND PECULIARITIES FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The dynamics of corruption in Ukraine in comparison with other countries and its influence on the dynamics of economic growth are researched. The article identified three groups of countries for comparison: those with the most frequent coincidence in the Corruption Perceptions Index, those with a similar dynamic in the growth of transparency of economy and with countries - territorial neighbors. It is revealed that the dynamics of the level of corruption in Ukraine remains restrainedly optimistic. The relationship between increasing the transparency of the economy and increasing the welfare of the population and the net foreign direct investment inflow is straightforward, but without strong tightness of the link.
