Influencing Factors on Female Entrepreneurial Skills of Sindh

Abstract
The scholars believe that the one of the most important requirements for development in 21 century is entrepreneurship and more attention to the needs of female. For this purpose, this paper aimed to identify factors influencing of female belongs to Sindh province about entrepreneurial skills and has been done as survey method. Questionnaire is main instrument has used in this research. The total sample size is 28 female entrepreneurs from whome the data has collected through instrument. Statistical analysis is done with the help of SPSS software. The result showed that 36% respondents represented their entrepreneurship skills is low. In addition to that regression analysis showed that individual skills and participation and psychological features, determined 37% entrepreneurial skills, too.
