Influencing factors to reform public administration in modern Ukraine

Abstract
The study, representing its results in this article, aimed to identify, summarize and evalu- ate the expert opinion on the availability and effectiveness of influential factors in the public administration reform in modern Ukraine. In accordance with this goal the following tasks of the researchers were solved: оn the basis of analysis and critical synthesis of modern Ukrainian scientific publications devoted to problems of reforming public administration, we developed a questionnaire and conducted an expert survey; the results of the expert survey are generalized and the factors that have decisive influence on the reform of public admin- istration in Ukraine are identified, and the extent of their influence is estimated.
