Abstract
The article the principles and structure of information and organizational support for the modernization of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises in European integration. Their use provides for the collection and processing of information necessary for strategic decision making, and provides an opportunity to modernize the organizational structure engineering enterprise in accordance with the requirements that apply to the operation of the European markets. The development of the proposed structure information and organizational support may be a description of the business processes of modernization and recommendations for reengineering. Proved that the data collection of other data by using subsystems collecting and processing information from the environment, which is a specialized information system modernization engineering company. The main element of this information system is a decision support system that allows you to solve problems of goal at modernization, business process management related to the modernization and development strategies directly modernization.
