INFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY CROWDSOURCING AS A TECHNOLOGY OF INTERACTION IN THE SYSTEM OF PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Abstract
The history of origin and scientific-theoretical approaches to crowdsourcing technology are investigated. The essence of the contents of crowdsourcing as information and management technology with the help of which it is possible to realize parity interaction of citizens with government bodies is disclosed. On the basis of which it was proposed to use the technology of crowdsourcing in the system of providing administrative services.
