Information systems in the construction industry

Abstract
The article describes the current level of use of information technology in the construction industry Poland. The article includes the problems faced by construction companies and managers about the possible use of information systems to support the core processes of construction industry. The purpose of this article is to present the relationship between the business-needs and their implementation and support by dedicated information systems.
