INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE METHODS OF SOLVING QUALITY CONTROL TASKS OF COATINGS

Abstract

The necessity of using information technology for optimal control of technological process of spraying. Describes the characteristics of the coatings, influencing their quality. Developed generalized indicators of the quality of the coating materials. Emphasized management quality management system (QMS) as a system of processes. To manage processes as a system, it is necessary to create mathematical models of network processes and their interactions. Described mathematical model of the relationship between the various processes of the QMS, to identify the impact of processes and their interactions on the performance of key processes of the quality management system, based on a quantitative assessment of the degree of interaction between QMS processes. Introduces the concept of a trust level of identity in the process, depending on the complexity of the network the processes of the QMS, from the structure of the processes themselves individually. Described mathematical model allows to identify the most important parameters of the technological process of coating.
