Inguinosuperficial variant of parietal hernia associated with bilateral undescended testes

Abstract
Parietal hernia is a rare form of ventral hernia and occurs through abdominal wall muscles. Inguinosuperficial variant of parietal hernia associated with bilateral undescended testes is even rarer. The correct pre-operative diagnosis is difficult and often diagnosed during the surgery.
