INITIAL STAG E OF INVESTIGA TION THE RISKS OF SAFETY RULES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF WORKS WITH INCREASED DAMAGES

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical aspects concerning the circumstances to be clarified when investigating violations of safety rules during the execution of works with increased danger. It is proved that these circumstances are a synthesized information model. The circumstances that are to be clarified when investigating this category of crimes are a peculiar benchmark for determining the directions of the investigator's activity during a separate criminal proceeding.
