Abstract
The article presents the essence of higher education in the development of entrepreneurship in Poland. It shows the changes taking place in recent years in education and their role in the creation of knowledge-based enterprises. The paper describes the activities of the institutions and individuals that support the development of entrepreneurship in Poland.
