Abstract
In article are considered theoretical aspects of strategic crisis management on the innovation. Identified and analyzed the main problems of implementation of strategic management in Ukrainian enterprises. Formulated recommendations to improve management effectiveness in the context of improving the system of strategic management of activity of the enterprise in crisis conditions.
