Инновационно-цифровая революция: вызовы, угрозы и риски

Abstract
The article examines the aspects of the innovative digital revolution, the process of formation of the innovative economy, which, along with profound positive changes in society, have caused a number of challenges and threats of world development. The traditional forms of economic and social organization were under threat. The world community, world leaders were not ready to give answers to the problems encountered at the beginning of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The article points out that the motor of digital, technological and innovative changes is a mistake without social changes. It is concluded that the task of the modern stage of innovative and digital development is to ensure that new digital technologies do not enslave a person, but serve its development, preserve the individual's identity and develop social values.
