INNOVATIVE AND INVESTMENT ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Purpose. Definition of the directions and mechanisms of innovative and investment ensuring of development of the agro-industrial enterprises for the priority directions of scientific and technical and economic development in the conditions of open market economy. Methodology of research. For a research were used methods: systemic and structural; dialectical; concrete and abstract assessment processes – in defining the main characteristics of the current stage of the innovation process in agricultural enterprises and in determining the types of innovations that are implemented and used in agricultural enterprises. Findings. It was characterized innovation process on farms, and also the causes inhibition of the implementation process innovations of agriculture and the basic characteristics of the current stage of the innovation process in the agricultural enterprises and defined the types of innovations that are implemented and used in agricultural enterprises. It was outlined directions transition to an innovative model of agricultural enterprises in the implementation of innovative economy in Ukraine. It is established that for implementation of innovative economy in Ukraine the main directions of activity have to: development of technological level of economic system, increase in level of competitiveness of the country, development of national innovative system, definition of the priority directions of innovative activity of regions, creation of motivational mechanisms for effective use of educational and scientific potential. Originality. Scientific approach to innovative and investment to ensuring development of the agro-industrial enterprises for the priority directions of scientific and technical progress it was substantiated. Practical value. The scientific and practical recommendations to strengthen agricultural innovation activities in order to improve their overall financial standing have been developed.
