INNOVATIVE CHANGES IN THE FIELD OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The article examines the impact of globalization processes on the field of personnel management. Researches have been done that innovative practices can be implemented at modern enterprises in the HR-sphere. The study of new requirements in the field of management and its state at the present stage has been conducted. Also reviewed are modern approaches to personnel management in order to prevent the negative effects of socio-economic shifts.
