Innovative forms of lending to subjects of the agricultural sector of the economy

Abstract
In the article, the authors consider innovative forms of lending to the subjects of the agricultural sector of the economy. The article notes that Bank credit occupies an important place in the mechanism of financial support of the agricultural sector. The leading banks lending to agriculture are JSC “Rosselkhozbank” and PJSC “Sberbank of Russia”. Discussed in detail the terms of agricultural lending at JSC “Russian agricultural Bank” and PJSC “Sberbank”. The article presents a review of research on credit security of small enterprises, which allowed to determine the mechanism of Bank lending in the form of practical implementation of credit relations and at the same time formalized the actual method of organization of the credit process, the provision of funds to the borrower for temporary use on the basis of the principles of repayment, urgency and payment. However, Bank lending to agriculture is not enough. In the current circumstances, it is necessary to improve the mechanism of ensuring the availability of loans, as well as to strengthen state support for lending to the agro–complex.
