INNOVATIVE PROCESSES IN MODERN EDUCATION

Abstract
Education is always based on the interaction between the student and teacher. In education oral communication is considered to be determinant and is supported by diff erent ways of studying. Ability to study, get information and work it out, generalize, make conclusion is an important point in the information society. Education innovation is the constant search of new, interesting and methodological outcomes which involve students into the educational process. It is necessary to focus on the innovative approach to education, applying new educational methods and technologies, taking into account needs of modern economy and labor market, specifi cally online education, mobility school, personalized Internet etc. The school has to prepare students for using information technologies in individual life and practical activity, engage youth into the world of innovative technologies, prepare and motivate them to compete in the labor market, support creativity, give equal opportunities for everyone’s development. Innovation and creativity are the most signifi cant skills in the world of globalization.
