INNOVATIVE SERVICES FOR PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION AS AN INSTRUMENT TO BALANCE OF A MODERN LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The main tendencies in the modern labor market of Ukraine are established, namely: substantial quantitative imbalance and professional qualification asymmetry. The essential advance role of such an instrument of balancing the labor market as a complex vocational guidance work has been determined. The foreign experience of professional orientation work (USA, Canada, Germany, Great Britain) has been analyzed. It is determined that the main participants of vocational guidance work are: parents, teachers, specialists of the state employment service. The peculiarities of application of innovative service from the vocational guidance work of the Club of Conscious Paternity, implemented by the Mariupol City Employment Center (Donetsk Oblast Employment Service), are analyzed.
