INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION: ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
Problem setting. The study proves the significance of innovations in education sector based in terms of their organizational and legal aspects on the opinion that personal development and education of coming generations forms intellectual nature of society. Noted the role of innovative technologies in addressing the education crisis. The author studies the genesis and development of innovative teaching technologies. It is revealed that the significance of innovative development issue in whole, and education innovations in particular triggered the great attention to the mentioned issue of both the research-scientists from diverse fields of study (jurisprudence, pedagogics, economics etc.) and practicing teachers. The author analyzes the main scientific studies in education sector and reveals their informative and organizational specific features. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The emphasis on the existing distribution of legal regulation of relations in the field of innovation in various legal acts, including different industry sector. Target of research. The author defines the role of organizational, administrative, and regulatory basis as a determining factor for successful implementation of innovations. Article’s main body. The study states that there is a robust relationship between the issues of administrative and regulatory environment of innovations and innovative technology in education sector, and their inter-related considerable effect on overall efficiency of the implementation of innovative technology at the domestic level. Attention to the need to constantly create innovative educational technology, which means that they have a preventive character. Proved important educational component in the innovation processes and the need for widespread and systematic analysis of legislative support for innovation and measures for its improvement and perfection. Conclusions and prospects for the development. The author emphasizes that the improvement of regulatory environment of innovative educational programmes is essential. This improvement shall take place along with consistent regulatory support of the innovative state policy.
