Innovative Technologies in the Management of Preschool Education

Abstract
The article describes specific aspects of the use of innovative technologies in the managerial activity of the head of a preschool educational institution, with special emphasis on requirements concerning professional competence. The author describes training methods available to a kindergarten manager, such as methodical bridge, problem table, methodology meetings, disputes, discussion, brainstorming, pedagogical auction, business games, pedagogical studio, master class, “Aquarium.” After defining the idea of “training,” a number of training techniques are explained, such as execution (informational (the display of educational films, video recording and the use of technical means that accompany lectures, briefings, conferences), simulation, exercises on practical work execution, group dynamic exercises. A training component should address a specific topic (theoretical aspects), should target a specific activity (teacher’s skills, methods of organizing the interaction and performing professional actions) and should foster reflection (unifying the thematic and active elements, where the teacher understands individual, professional aspects of a professional image, carries out self-examination and self-assessment).
