INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF INTRODUCTION OF TOURIST AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of innovative technologies for the introduction of tourist and recreational activities, identified the role of innovations in the development of tourism industry taking into account the specific features of this area, describes the most important elements of the development of recreational activities in modern conditions, characterized the level of tourist and recreational activities, as well as an analysis of implementation innovative technologies. Spheres such as transport, agro-industrial complex, construction and repair, communal services, health care, social assistance, etc., expand their activities in the field of recreation and tourism every year. In addition to having recreational resources, its infrastructure is also important. The infrastructure serves different recreational needs, so it is divided into different types, some of which are covered in the article. Also reviewed are regulatory documents of the State Tourism Administration of Ukraine, State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship. The distribution of volumes of inbound tourism in the regions of the world of international tourist arrivals is forecasted, the recreational activity is classified, the tourist activity of the state in the world market is described. UNWTO surveys, which showed the tendencies of tourism development, presented innovations in the system of transport services. Characterized tourist flows in Ukraine from 2002 to 2017 and their dynamics, classified innovation in the tourism industry. New methods and forms of management of subjects of tourist and recreational activities are substantiated, new types of logistic maintenance of tourist services, improvement of quality of services are described. Considered the competitiveness of the tourism industry, the main criteria for the functioning of the company and the feasibility of introducing innovations are determined.
