Innowacje w programie nauczania w dziedzinach rolno-żywnościowych w aspekcie zmian klimatycznych

Abstract
Na podstawie doświadczenia autorów jako nauczycieli akademickich i naukowców w artykule zaproponowano interdyscyplinarny model tworzenia modułów dydaktycznych (ITeM) w zrównoważonym zarządzaniu w dziedzinach rolno-żywnościowych. Każdy moduł składa się z serii wykładów przeznaczonych dla studentów z I (licencjat) lub II poziomu (magister). Przedstawiony model może być stosowany w programach nauczania w zakresie: nauki i technologii żywności, nauk rolniczych, inżynierii żywności, inżynierii środowiska i biotechnologii środowiska.
