Abstract
The article sets out the legal nature of the «coaching» category, as well as similar and distinctive features of similar categories. In this aspect, we analyzed the experience of countries such as Russia, USA, Kazakhstan. The authors concluded that the institution assistants more like mentoring institute, although it has differences.
