INSTITUTE OF LOCAL BORROWINGS IN UKRAINE: STATE AND PROBLEMS OF FUNCTIONING

Abstract
The current state of development of local borrowing in Ukraine was revealed. Structure of sources of local budget deficit financing in Ukraine was analyzed; the role of local borrowings in its financing was defined. Problems and prospects of development of local borrowing were revealed.
