INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF COORDINATING OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE

Abstract
The paper focuses on the theoretical issues of the institutional framework of social and economic development coordination. There has been determined the necessity for establishing high quality institutions and looking for effective tools to address the coordination of social and economic development in terms of institutional changes. The importance of building up an effective institutional system as a guarantor of democratic development of the country, ensuring sustainable economic growth, improving social welfare and the balance of the interests of different levels of the society has been grounded.
