INSTRUMENTS AND FACILITIES OF COMMITTING A CRIME AS A OBLIGATORY SIGN OF THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF CORPUS DELICT

Abstract
The article studies the tools and means of committing a crime as obligatory features of the objective aspect of the corpus delicti. The separate disposition of criminal and law norms were analyzed in which tools and means are included by the legislator as obligatory features. In this regard, their criminal and law importance was established.
